I bought this boat new from Austin Boats and Motors in early 2000 and I have kept extremely good care of it. It has had regular maintenance, and it runs like new. Interior is in excellent condition. Exterior is very good, but has some of the usual dock dings from 12 years of use. I love this boat, but after 12 years I'm just not using it enough anymore, so it's time to find it a new owner.
My slip at Westbeach Marina on Lake Travis is paid up thru spring of 2013, so you'll get a free slip until the renewal comes due next year. You'll just have to sign an agreement with Westbeach Marina to transfer my contract to you (no obligation to renew next year).
I own the boat lift at the slip, and that is included with the purchase of the boat. That's a $4000 boat lift.
The NADA Guide value of the boat is $19,595 and I'm throwing in a $4000 boat lift plus a free slip on Lake Travis, so that's around $6000 in extras. I sold the trailer to the marina several years ago - they might still have it if you wanted to buy it back from them.
